Getting started
ActivitySlips is a free tool for Latter-day Saint youth and activity leaders. You create an event, share one private link with families, and they RSVP, fill out the official Parental or Guardian Permission and Medical Release, and sign it, all from their phone. Signed forms are stored where only you can open them.
